Paul Lewis is well versed in the nuances of both corporations and small business. He is an experienced corporate leader, moving between a variety of roles, and a small business owner, launching a number of small business start ups and franchisees over many years. The former has fed into the successes of his small businesses, while the latter has leant common sense and practical nouse to his many leadership roles.

Up until January 2019, Bankwest (Commonwealth Bank Group) was Paul’s professional home for 10 years. He held various roles across IT program delivery, HR and Strategy. His most recent focus was in organisational agility, with a strategic focus on improving both customer and employee experiences.

He and his wife held a number of franchises with Healthy Inspirations, and he currently works as a CX transformation consultant at ASB Bank, a member of the risk & governance Board Committee for Cahoots Org, and as a mentor for COTA WA.

Paul brings his variety of experience to Dismantle, and will be focused on maintaining and improving strategic development. He’s been looking to add value to organisations such as Dismantle and is excited for the opportunity to contribute.
