Workplace Giving is a fantastic way staff can support their favourite charities with pre-tax contributions directly through their regular pay packet.
As part of the Government’s ‘One Million Donors’ Campaign set up in 2014 and overseen by the Australian Charities Fund to establish one million Australians donating through their workplace by 2020, Dismantle is established as a ‘Workplace Giving Charity’.
On the employer side of the One Million Donors program, a diverse range of organisations, currently totalling 120 and growing, are set up as ‘Workplace Giving Employers’, having structured processes in place to help facilitate workplace giving for their employees.
For many organisations which encourage their staff to support charities through Workplace Giving, they equally support these charities by matching staff contributions dollar-for-dollar to optimise the outcome for the charities.
