Robert Knott

Rob knows how to make things happen; innovation and transformation are his bread and butter.

Currently an Improvement Specialist with CBH Group (and Ernst & Young before that), Rob’s specialty is identifying new ways to enhance value for organisations and has worked across mining, manufacturing, agriculture and the health sector to support Executive leadership teams to undertake large transformational change. For Dismantle, Rob’s expertise in taking bold ideas and putting them into action is a clear fit for the team's resourceful approach to tackling challenges.

Prior to his current field, Rob has worn several other hats that make him a big asset to Dismantle. Teaching for many years in the UK, UAE and Australia before getting into Management Consulting, Rob is passionate about supporting the development of young people and understands the impact early intervention can have on a young life. “Having worked in Education and with different NFPs, I have seen the difference hands-on support can make in guiding young people to a more successful and fulfilling life. Dismantle focuses on rolling up their sleeves and getting dirty to genuinely make a difference in the lives of the people they support - an approach that resonates with me.” - Rob Knott
