Hi, I'm Yean. I organise the administration and logistics of Dismantle and its programs. My role is to keep our programs operating efficiently and effectively, to create the best possible outcomes for Dismantle's young participants.

Currently, Iā€™m completing an undergraduate degree in Finance and Accounting at UWA. Studying at UWA has given me numerous opportunities to explore how I can best apply my skills and experience to improve our community. Entrepreneurship is also a big part of who I am; in my spare time I own and operate Toe the Line, an online business that sells high quality, classy socks with personality.

Dismantle is a great fit for me. Working there enables me to combines the skills and experiences gained at university with knowledge gained from running my own business and my passion to improve the community we live in.
