Lotterywest Grant Strengthens Dismantle’s Capacity to Support WA Youth

Dismantle has successfully completed a Lotterywest-funded project that has transformed its organisational systems and strengthened its ability to support disadvantaged young people across Western Australia.

The $300,000 grant supported three major initiatives:

  • Replacement of outdated IT hardware to create a safer, more efficient and comfortable workplace.

  • Development and implementation of a customised software platform integrating scheduling, billing, payroll and impact measurement, significantly improving efficiency.

  • A longitudinal impact evaluation project, engaging specialist consultants to identify core impact metrics and create a framework to track long-term outcomes for young people.

Dismantle CEO Pat Ryan said the Lotterywest grant has provided a lasting backbone for the organisation’s future impact growth.

"These investments give us the tools to capture, understand and communicate the real difference our programs make in the lives of young people. By strengthening our systems today, we are building the evidence base that will secure stronger outcomes for young people tomorrow."

Every year, Dismantle’s programs, including BikeRescue and ReNew Property Maintenance, support more than 300 young people to overcome barriers and transition into employment, training or education.

Lotterywest’s support ensures that Dismantle can continue to expand this impact and work toward its mission of dismantling youth disadvantage across the state.
